5. Mississippi: Walter Payton, Jerry Rice or Floyd Mayweather

No offense to Floyd Mayweather, Sr. intended he had a good career it's his son who is on the all time great list and Jr was born in Michigan.

Also any list for Texas that doesn't include Nolan Ryan is suspect. Nolan Ryan *IS* Texas he was born in Refugio went to high school in Alvin and spent the last 14 seasons of his career between the two Texas MLB teams.

9. Florida: Deion Sanders or Chris Evert

Surely Florida has more than that?

Of the two, I'd lean towards Chrissie. 7 French Opens, 6 US Opens, 3 Wimbledon, 2 Australian Opens, 13 straight years with at least 1 Grand Slam title.

But as a non aryan winning gold in Berlin at a games meant to show off Germany's might he did indeed give him the finger so to speak and I addressed your point in my post if you'd bother to read instead of firing up your little outrage machine. But you go on defending Hitler clown.

The Germans led in medals and Golds, America was a distant second. So read a book, and again the narrative around Jesse Owens giving a big “frick you” to Hitler when Owens literally stated Hitler showed him more respect than Roosevelt did is just a boomer jerk off sesh.

Another slop Boomerism cheering on a total myth created by the stupid boomer cheerleading mindset

Great idea for a counter argument, FireDanMullen. Defend Hitler and slam the USA. You may want to rethink this line of argumen

It’s not an argument quoting Jesse Owens stating Hitler treated him better than Roosevelt did. It’s a fact.

Sorry you’re a cuck for boomer slop propaganda

You're just as big of a prick as your brother Serraneaux. Knew everything you said.

Ali was named athlete of the year by Time. He was also named athlete of the century by Sports Illustrated. It's not close. Sometimes you don't need two.

anyone does not have the actual achievements, it is Bo Jackson. He is not a top 100 mlb or nfl player. His inclusion would be based on his potential, derailed by injury, highlights and his “bo knows” marketing campaign.

Bo Jackson is the most overrated sports figure of the 20th Century. And it's not close. Dude had 16 TDs in the NFL in 4 seasons. That aint shite.
