Take your title and your friend to the DMV.
Name anything private equity is good for. Buy something and immediately cut costs and use cheaper products. Quality deteriorates.

Regulators and Middlemen are problems. Insurance companies are Middlemen. The amount of documentation that every visit requires is staggering. When was the last time your doctor looked at you instead of a computer screen?
