Dark Arts and RD1 are probably my two favorite Lexington distilleries so you've picked well. If you are going to drive out to Buffalo I would also hit up Woodford Reserve just for the drive and scenery and the location is amazing too.
Also since you are at Dark Arts you might as well hit up James E. Pepper & Barrel House since they are all in the same area.
I haven't been to New Era so I can't vouch for it but I have heard good things and it's on my list for the next Lexington trip.
