Gotta add Nolan Ryan to the Texas list. Earl Campbell was the first name that came to my mind, Nolan second.

He's a far bigger figure in pro football.

This might be the dumbest thing Ive ever read. Peyton Manning dwarfs Terry Bradshaw in college and NFL stardom and impact. What a lazy troll

You're actually proud to be this stupid, aren't you? The game changed in 30 years but rings can be counted across eras. Bradshaw's 4 give him the edge as a player before you even consider his decades as a commentator and host. TB has been the face of the NFL since before you were born, scooter.

Her 200 LCM fly was legendary. Dominated for over a decade and had a multi-second lead over world number two.

Possibly the stupidest thing I have ever read. Peyton has the most MVPs of any player in football history, 2 superbowls with different franchises as a starting QB (the first to do that), and retired with every offensive record possible.

Ok actually this is the stupidest thing I have ever read. At no point in Bradshaw life has he ever been the face of the NFL. He wasnt the best player ever for the steelers and isnt even the most famous football commentator ever. Hell he was hated in Pittsburgh for half his career.
You shouldnt be allowed to post about football. Peyton is a top 10 player in NFL history. Bradshaw is maybe top 50. The NFL.com doesnt even list Bradshaw on their top 100 all time football team

Imagine if a generation or two ago, Michael Jordan was born in Kentucky and died at the peak of his career at 35 years of age. His remains were reinterred to the Kentucky Horse Park at the entrance next to the horse listed above.

I might mention the female golfer who was murdered at the Lexington Country Club by robbers. Killed in her youth, she was the anchor that helped create the LPGA. Had she not been killed, imagine if Tiger Woods or Jack Nicklaus were born in Kentucky and was a female. I think this all happened in the 1920's, just a bit before my time but still mentioned in the over 80 crowd today.

I would like to humbly nominate Cody Rager for the great state of Oklahoma.
