The article in the link clearly states that Ole Miss has paid the buyouts of several incoming players .

Oh so that’s why OM is broke

In what world should LSU be allowed to ignore the contractual agreements of players who had already signed with other schools? Why should Ole Miss be fiduciarily irresponsible to not collect from a school that eagerily conspired with our former sociopath of a coach in an attempt to burn Ole Miss and Oxford to the ground last December.

It's not OM fault that LSU owes tens of millions of dollars to their former coaches.

The players are responsible for any buyouts, not LSU.

Can you post the rev share contract terms with the players? The contract period, penalties, repayment timeline, etc should all be laid out in that.

Arkansas so broke they are back to being a basketball first school!

I have Arkansas beating Mizzou this season. Just one of the losses that I am expecting Missouri to lose that shall get the HC fired at the end of the season.

Hate to break it to you but none of these SEC schools are broke. Some have more than others but to say a college the size of LSU or OM is broke is just plain stupid

Think it's bad now? Just wait a couple of years when they fire Kiffin and have to pay out the remainder of his contract. Some HS coach in a LA swamp is going to get a raise!

LSU won't pay or can't pay?

Traditionally, LSU is a program that won’t pat. They still owe A&M money from the 90s

can you start a thread with all of the "aged like whole milk in Albuquerque " posts that the dumbass ole miss posters wrote. especially dipshit..I did some digging, since you made it easy for me, that motherfricker isnt just having fun ,hes legitimately fricked up from thinking kiffin was staying and that he was someone that loved ole miss so much. that fricker bought that shite hook line and sinker and it did a number on him.

this shits wild when you dig a little bit. he thought lane was the greatest coach in the country and thought he was 100 percent staying until the last minute and now hes acting like he never cared for him anyway. this fricker is taking shots at people born in Louisiana, I dont even think he knows that his head coach was born in Louisiana.

this shits crazy.
also, hes legit obsessed. Im pretty sure he searches LSU on google everyday hoping that he sees something that he can post about us.
the funny thing is that hes all into this deal with the donors meeting the mayor to come up. with a plan for spending if it ends up getting under control throughout the country. I have a cousin that lives in Mississippi and goes to a lot of donor events in Oxford, he told me a couple days ago that they have had a series of the same type of meetings in Oxford and that this is what all school s do and how they come up with spending gameplans for lack of a better term.

that frick thinks its exclusive to certain broke schools or some shite. ole miss literally has been meeting every couple months for a year and a half now lmao

It would behoove LSU to pay up, the last thing they need is to be making a trip to Pittsboro where our friendly judge would be presiding over the damages.

Yeah man, that looks great for future recruits. All the other coaches have to say is why would you want to play for a team that sues their players when they want to move on to a better situation for their careers?

LSU will make you hurt your recruiting by suing players.

LSU will hurt their own recruiting by publicly announcing they are too cheap to support their own players.

Wrong.

LSU broke the contract due to SEC expansion in 1992, and either owed the aggots money, or a replacement team could be provided to take LSU’s place.

LSU provided you USL for the remaining games. Making it all the better, you had to play in Lafayette one of the remaining years and they beat you.

LSU didn’t owe you shite but USL still served you an arse beating.
