It might be filed there. Then it will be removed to federal court. Unlike that hay seed that ruled in Chambliss’ case, federal judges are appointed for life. They don’t have to worry about reelection.

Northern District of Mississippi, most likely in Oxford, getting a Judge that attended both Ole Miss undergrad and law school. What could go wrong when the judge is a season ticket holder?

It could very well go in your favor, but the odds aren’t quite as good as Lafayette County freaking Chancery Court. What a farce that was. Dude had an hour long speech prepared by his law clerk over tonsillitis. Let me know when that happens again. Lmao.
