Out of context, as usual from fans that hate LSU. You guys love to perpetuate fake news. Did you consider addressing all of the positive things Kirby said about Kiffin?

1) We like him; you just don’t any longer.
2) We really do not know or care if the players like him. We just want to win.
3) No one on this forum is in his ex wife’s head or has intimate knowledge of her motivations.
4) The glaring correlation between gold digging and Golding whore(s) is noteworthy and comical.
Let’s be real, the data proves that OM is not an exclusive university which holds a long tradition in coupling sports national championships with academic notoriety, or a long list of applicants disappointed because they were declined admission. LSU - more so on those metrics, but we’re not Notre Dame when it comes to academic notoriety coupled with sports success.
The days of old are gone. This is simply a money game now. Why can’t all the overly passionate folks just see it for what it is and move on?

Here’s the thing; why does OM care about how our coach gets to/from vacation and/or the terms of his contract? If OM avers LSU and/or certain people owe it money and have not paid, there’s a judicial process for same. Neither side is short of lawyers; let them figure it out.

I just don’t get all of the craziness on both sides of the LSU/OM thing. We play one game a year, and that acute contest has no influence whatsoever on whether either team makes the CFP, ie both teams beat every other opponent yet one looses to the other, they’re both in without question.
I get why OM fans are sour; they lost there guy who led them to a lot of success, and the timing was absurd. That timing thing will change for all of college football, and if Pete is the coach he’s held out to be by OM, the season outcome was the same or better than if Kiffin had stayed.
LSU got Kiffin, which appears to align with the OM fanbase’s desires, given they hate Kiffin and thought it was time for him to go.
So, what’s the fuss about again?

I don’t think Pete sucks. To be honest, I don’t think there’s enough data on Pete to know much about his head coaching abilities. I hope he does well, but miserably fails against LSU. However, I suspect the OM fans do not reciprocate, but I can understand that sentiment.

The season isn’t over. So, you are just taking a snapshot in time. Smoke was 35-24 in 2006. This team could match or beat that record.

Fair - you guys are having a good year, and you’re even with LSU insofar as basketball national championships. So taking basketball into account, the scale still appears to be overwhelmingly tilted towards LSU.
However, without any objection, you guys can certainly lean into having the best male cheerleaders in the country.
