Where did you get that soil? Was it river sand?
Spray the area and all around it with this. Repeat it 2 weeks and again in another 2 weeks.
Will make the torpedo yellow and will leave Zoysia alone.
If you want to nuke the area with glyphosphate instead, you would have to resod the area

For those worried about chemicals in sunscreen and don't want to get burned , you can get one that just has titanium dioxide and or zinc oxide. These are mineral sunscreens that function to physically block rays as opposed to chemical sunscreens.
I use an Elta MD tinted one for my face when needed.

That isn't what he said in follow up post. It was on shoulder and in lymph node initially. 4 years later it is in liver

"To give a house to a relative and secure a step-up in basis (eliminating capital gains taxes upon sale), you need an irrevocable trust explicitly structured so the property remains in your taxable estate when you die. Two main trust types achieve this:
Intentionally Defective Grantor Trust (IDGT): Using a "power of substitution" clause, you treat the trust as part of your estate for tax purposes, allowing your relative to inherit a stepped-up basis upon your death.
Testamentary General Power of Appointment Trust: You give a designated relative the power to decide who gets the property upon their death, which pulls the home into their taxable estate so it receives the step-up."

83 year old former Louisiana Representative Billy Tauzin engaged to 33 year old

"May I happily introduce you all to Dash
She and I are both adults. She, a young and beautiful 33 year old. Me, a “rode hard” but still vibrant 83 year old. She is black and I am white. I am pretty conservative and she is pretty liberal. She loves Beyoncé and Jay-Z, I favor Tracey Lawrence. She has a degree in Business; mine is in history/ law. I am Catholic, she’s a Protestant. She’s a city girl, I’m very much a country boy. She is an accomplished career woman, a world traveling flight attendant, while I’m kinda semi retired and home loving. I’m a Cajun Texas rancher. She is a Washington DC home owner. I have a dog; she has a cat.
She has been single all her life. I have been single only for a couple of years. Never liked it.
So we are about to change all that.
I happily announce that we are engaged to be wed.
You see, we discovered that we had much more in common than not, despite all those differences. Those differences actually serve to enrich our relationship.
And overcoming long odds has always been my life’s trademark, anyway.
So, here’s my message to all of you. If Dash and I can find peace, love and happiness against all the odds, even the cruel passage of time, than why not the whole nation?
We can truly be a united American family, if we want to be one.
Please welcome her as she and I began a great adventure together"

If there’s a possibility that she may need Medicaid (for a nursing home, for example) you should have her gift you her house now (if she owns it) so that you can start the five-year period running so that if you ever need to put her into a nursing home, she will be eligible for Medicaid and you will not have to eventually give the house back to Medicaid when she passes. Once five years elapses, Medicaid will not have a lien on her house when she passes.
For tax purposes, you want to do an irrevocable trust.
If not you will have to pay huge taxes when you sell that house if it is gifted to you instead of putting it in trust.
If it is in trust, you get a step up in basis when they die. If it was just gifted to you before they die, you do not get that step up in basis, and thus will have to pay capital gains from when they initially bought that house. Which could be a huge increase in value these days
100 percent wrong. I didn't expect anything different
