Look, I was livid last night, and I'm still a bit pissed, but let's not get the torches and pitchforks out in week 6 of his first year. It took him time at Ole Miss. It will take him time here. But what I want to see moving forward is a more disciplined team that does not commit countless unforced errors and a focus on preparation every week regardless of the opponent. If they do that and lose I can live with it in his first year.

Where did I say that? I was just pointing out a pattern that has occurred wherever he has been. He was probably the best available hire we could have made at the time, but (1) he has to stay focused from week to week on preparing for the opponent; and, (2) this team is clearly undisciplined. Way too many unforced errors in that game. That is a reflection on the HC and the overall manner in which the program is being run. They tried everyway they could to hand that game to UK and it ultimately worked.

Inconsistency.. He had the same pattern at OM. Look like world beaters one week and then shite the bed the next. Remember last year when they were within an eyelash of losing to Washington State? They lost to UK on the road with a much superior rostter as well. I'm just speculating, but I feel like he locks in and focuses on the big games, but allows himself to get distracted with other things when we should be preparing for beating the teams we should beat.

I'll tell you one place he could start. Quit doing Dr. Pepper and Doordash commercials and focus on your team. But his vanity won't allow him to do it.
