I’m with you and I’m surprised how many people like it. I wanted to but I found it so boring as well. The idea of it being a prequel/sequel was interesting but I found the prequel parts really bland and derivative. I love Heat so I may give it another shot

38-3 in the Rose Bowl. Don’t remember the others exactly, men’s BB vs Michigan was definitely double digits. They got outscored by a pretty ridiculous margin in the CWS, 26-2 or something like that. Pretty much what you would expect for teams seeded where they were, once they faced an elite team they were quickly exposed

Pretty surprising South Carolina didn’t move on from either Beamer or Paris. At least Mainieri is gone

The gumshoes on the Bama board have cracked the case
quote:
It very well could be statements from his “buddies” and this entire thing rests on that. They could be using Arnold as their fall guy
quote:
I can see a situation where he is having a Clark Griswold level blowup over the stolen stuff and who he thinks stole it and Bokai (cousin Eddie) takes that as an order and goes out and does something stupid.
quote:
Terrion was asleep in bed while Bokai hatched the plot to curry favor with Arnold and acted alone without explicit instructions.

Bc 03 LSU was a split title and the SEC’s first since 98. USC/OU in 04 and USC/Texas in 05 were wire-to-wire top 2 teams. SEC (rightfully) wasn’t taken seriously as a true power until Florida demolished OSU

It’s absolutely 2012 over 2010. I question whether some of you know what “peak” means. The very next year after 2010 two SEC teams played in NCG, Arkansas was also a top 5 team. 2012 Bama wins the natty, lsu/uga/Texas am/Florida were also elite. Next year the streak is broken

If he is gonna rank DeBoer and Venables that closely together, then Venables should be higher since he has a winning record vs Kalyn

The Bama board thread on this is a good read. On poster swearing he couldn’t have done this because he reported his bible stolen   Another is claiming this is a symptom of DAs across the country being too aggressive :rotflmao:
Saban pens letter to court in support of accused former CB Terrion Arnold

https://www.al.com/sports/2026/06/nick-saban-writes-letter-of-support-for-cornerback-facing-8-felony-charges.html
quote:
During Terrion Arnold’s pretrial detention hearing on Monday, his defense team handed Chief Judge Christopher C. Sabella a stack of paper that contained testimonials to the character of the Detroit Lions cornerback as he faced eight felony charges in Florida. Among the 12 letters was one written by Arnold’s former college coach. The cornerback played for Nick Saban at Alabama from the 2021 through the 2023 season before leaving for the NFL as a first-round draft pick, and the coach lauded Arnold for his “exceptional character” in advocating for his pretrial release.
quote:
“Based on my experiences with Terrion, I remain committed to supporting him. While I’m not overly familiar with or educated on the charges he is facing, and understand the seriousness of his situation before the court, I would respectfully ask the Court to take into account my experience with Terrion, his character, history and the positive impact he had on our program.”
quote:
Arnold has been charged with three counts of armed robbery, three counts of kidnapping, one count of conspiracy to commit kidnapping and one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
