Stick to college baseball natty trash talk against Texas bc you don’t know squat about academics w/texas.
You are not getting into Texas with a 3.0 from Texas state. From a feeder school like utsa there’s auto admission so long as you keep your gpa up and it depends on major, either way it isn’t 3.0
Again the only way you even know those schools is because you couldn’t get into Texas thus proving your hatred for Texas. Let me guess you went to lsu cause you didn’t have a prayer of attending Texas?

Good thing Vandy grads get a job because they will have to pay down ridiculously overpriced tuition and fees.

I had a good job long before I had a degree.

Both schools cater to rich nepo babies so yeah, they go to work for their dad or uncle's company.

Honestly, for meaningful early employment and pay/benefits with minimal debt, going to a community college and learning a trade is not a bad option for the majority of kids.

That isn’t true even with the CAP program for UTSA. If you get a 3.0 at Tex state you won’t have a chance. Maybe a 3.6 but more likely a 3.8+
Stick to your facts when hating Texas like we haven’t won a natty in 20 years in the big 3 sports (which is sad) but stay out of academic discussions where you clearly don’t know what you are talking about

If you work it right... you don't work at all...you get a trust.
Just be a big enough screw up that your dad won't risk hiring you...
Don't ask me how I know.

Why would you be worried about getting a job?

Maybe in a few select fields, sure.
Most jobs are more interested in seeing that you had the commitment to finish (if they care about degrees at all). I'm a hiring manager and I have never been impressed by WHERE someone graduated from. Tell me what you learned there, and what you did in college that shows commitment to following through.
Brag to me that you graduated from Vandy, or Stanford, or Texas, and don't be surprised if you get the automated "thank you for your application" call.

Maybe I’m special but I got a job instantly not graduating from Texas or Vandy.

Depends on the degree:
Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry - Texas is head and shoulders above all other SEC programs in these areas.
Nuclear Engineering - Tennessee is the top and aTm is close behind them.
Medical Research - Florida is at the top with Vandy close behind.
Veterinary Medicine - aTm and Florida are neck and neck with each other, and Georgia is pretty close behind them.
But, if you decide to major in minor things...a Vandy degree will get you much more attention.

The hurdle for CAP admissions is a 3.2 GPA and no single grade lower than a C.
That is it.
That's the joke.
The backdoor is huge and always open.

Might want to check your facts bro.
A&M constantly ranks higher for:
- Value of education
- Job placement
- Salary for first year professionals
Liberal art degrees mean shite in the "age of AI."
A&M is cranking out engineers and farmers. That is who is building the future.
