At Mississippi State, the fastest I can think of is Brandon Bryant who ran a 4.29 at the combine and supposedly was timed at 4.24 at State.

Keifer Mcgee back in the late 90’s had some serious speed. Also Jerious Norwood could flat out fly

McFadden ran 4.29.

Matt Jones was 4.3-4.4 as well.

Pretty sure Leonard Scott for Tennessee back in late 90’s/early 2000’s was arguably one of the fastest players ever in the SEC.

Julio with a sub 4.4 with a broken bone in his foot is up there with the best of them.

Leonard Scott is actually from Zachary LA, the same area that trindon holliday from lsu was from. Both are very fast...like Olympic/world class speed fast. Also one of the fastest players to play for lsu was Xavier Carter.

Ryan Swope ran a 4.32 at the combine.

Dante Hall might be the correct answer, but I never saw a 40 time.

We may have the fastest right now in Devon Achane. 10.04 100 M.

McFadden ran a 4.33 official at the combine and an unofficial 4.27 (probably his pro day time).

Jones ran 4.37 at the combine... At 6'6" and 240lbs. I still think it's the fastest time ever for a QB.

Not sure Michael Vick ever ran an official time, but I'd assume, at his peak, he was a 4.29-4.33 type guy.
