Stfu. You don't know what you're talking about. Good grief

Everybody knows you turds were paying players under the table, aggot.

It's not a secret.

Who is a known OU QB pre Josh Huepel that an average college football fan should know rather than a OU die hard?

Jamelle Hollieway?

The first true freshman to ever lead his team to a National Title?
quote:

Oklahoma has always paid players hand over fist. I wonder how just about every one of their QBs you can name are transfers. They are the OG of pay to play in the portal.

Baker Mayfield
Jalen Hurts
Kyler Murray
Trevor Knight
Josh Heupel
Dillon Gabriel

Probably because you're only 15 years old if that's all you can name. And you're really reaching here claiming any of these were "paid". Laughable...
quote:

Texas has always out recruited the majority of college football. We were doing that through the worst era of our football program, which was pre-nil. Sarks staff turned it around.

That was true until aggot went to the SEC and started paying recruits under the table. Then your recruiting fell off from its historical levels for several years while your program stayed mired in mediocrity and stagnation.

Your "resurgence" aligns entirely with your program standing up its NIL program overnight, outbidding everybody else at the last minute (= aggie method), and tampering with Georgia and Alabama WRs.

Well that......and the SEC giving you a candyland schedule for your first two seasons in the SEC because you'd spent the last decade licking windows on the short bus.

if the problem was Quinn or Sark's offense.

Start here
"Cash and Lambos" will lead to a culture of excess and entitlement, and texsa will end up with 90s era Miami Hurricane problems is what's going to happen.
Oh, obviously true given how fast texsa stood up it's NIL program compared to OU. Very similar to how fast aggot stood up their NIL program in record time.

Now tell me again who misses the old SWC bag dropping days?
quote:

He instantly legitimized Sarks program when he came to Texas, the 5 star perfect prospect. It allowed us to recruit a bunch of dogs that wanted to be apart of what Sark was building

Nice feel-good story....

texsa's recent success isn't due to Ewers legitimizing anything or "what muh Sark was building".

It's 100% due to the ka-jillions of dollars texsa spent out-bidding everybody on the recruiting trail and tampering in the portal. Cash and Lambos!
He never wanted to enter the portal. The broke arse losers around him convinced him to do so, so they could keep spending his money on themselves. He needs to grow a pair.
David Stone better stop focusing on being everybody's financial savior and start focusing on being David Stone.

Jackson Arnold wasn’t the problem

He was a HUGE problem. What are you talking about?
quote:

Yeah, so much money you can't hold onto your own players

We don't pay guys to come here so they can play Jesus and financially take care of everybody they've ever known and their entirely family for no return on our investment. This isn't a charity for brokeass friends and family who can't keep their hands off of his money and didn't understand "taxes".
Ultimately, Stone was making 2 or 3X the money that the starter is making and couldn't beat him out. And the other DT (Strong) that got all the buzz during spring camp makes even less, and he appears to be ready for the spotlight.

You don't get to keep making 2 or 3x the money of guys that are better than you just because you had 5 stars in HS and they didn't. Those days are over.

Good luck, Mr. Stone.
Interesting.

What year is Arch Manning in again?
Another Nico demanding more money he hasn't earned to support a bunch of low IQ, broke arse losers around him using him for their own benefit.

Welcome to the starting lineup Markus Strong. You've already done more than David Stone.

It's a reasonable point - the offense does not translate to the NFL nor does it prepare QBs at all for how they will have to read defenses and run an offense in the NFL. That's been brought up a ton in draft discussions with Hooker and other guys who run variations of it. Doesn't mean it's a bad offense or shouldn't be run, but it's a clear downside.

This is accurate. None of Baylor's players made it in the NFL when they were running it years ago. QBs couldn't read a defense or go through progressions. Didn't know what an under front or a Mike was. WRs couldn't execute most of the route tree and were way behind their peers. RBs couldn't operate effectively if the box wasn't light etc.,
That offense has a well-documented record of failing to prepare players for the NFL.
