You also need to do a fact check because he never bet on games he played in
Really?

Brendan Sorsby placed at least 40 bets involving Indiana football as a quarterback for the Hoosiers, used sportsbook accounts registered to a family member and friends to wager approximately $90,000 over four years, and continued to gamble after transferring from Cincinnati to Texas Tech in December, according to court documents filed Friday.

My personal belief is that Sorsby will never play a down
He's their best shot at going back to the playoffs so yeah he'll be starting the 1st game.

No one is going to boycott playing TT
Perhaps not games already scheduled but highly doubtful any P4 teams outside BIG12 will schedule CFB in the future.

Oh, but it’s different this time because the dude gambled instead of beating his girlfriend or cheating in tests or stealing crab legs.
He BET on games he played in and had a self admitted addiction. What part of this do you not get?

Again, Tech has done nothing wrong.
Do what?ANY other program would immediately suspend the kid. He's on their roster and admitted to a gambling addictions ALONG with betting on games he played in.
Texas Tech is a out of control rogue program along with Cody Campbell.
They wanna play by their own rules they can join the NAIA.

Legally not sure what B12 can do because they’d have to survive lawsuits
I'm assuming there are conference rules regarding players, gambling and eligibility. There would probably have to be some type of buyout/settlement if schools cancel scheduling contracts but the BIG XII was already sick of their antics to begin with and this ruling might push em over the edge.
And trying to destroy all of CFB.Cody Campbell is out of control.

What is worse is all of you idiots that eat up the outright falsehoods these multi-millionaire coaches throw around
What falsehoods?
Unlimited transfers? Unlimited NIL deals?Players getting 7 years of eligibility?
How in the world are these new rules helping AU? Or are just happy that Bama isn't dominating like it used to?

You mean guys like Cignetti?
The vast majority of coaches and AD's are saying the system is unsustainable. You cannot have a team full of mercenaries with little contractual obligations leave after 6 months.

That's not why there will never be a cure. There will never be a cure for cancer because cancer, per se, isn't a thing. It's a lot of different things
Maybe not a cure but huge advances are being made in early detection. In the future ,early detection blood test and scans will be part of every yearly physical.
It'll be knocked out with minimal treatment.

BUT it the fact that coaches who are personally benefiting from the situation are pointing out that it is problematic contradicts your claim that only big name programs who benefitted under the old system are concerned
Exactly
And he might be a little upset cause his #2;Jackets couldn't even make it out of the regionals with home field advantage.

No, I don’t see black people when I go on evening walks around the neighborhood it’s very rare. Sorry to disappoint you.
Sorry but you're full of shite.Maybe not on evening walks but over the course of the day I'm sure you do.I certainly did when I lived in the area.
quote:
Homeownership does not = owning a home in Virginia Highland, Morningside, Ansley Park, Inman Park etc.
So what. Those are some of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the metro area and it's much more about 1%'s and class than anything else plus a lot of uber wealthy blacks would rather live in Buckhead/Vinings/Sandy Springs for whatever reasons than those in town neighborhoods and all those areas are the last places I would call "segregated"
quote:
I've been here a longtime. I can go three or four days without seeing a black face while running errands or walking around the neighborhood. It is what it is.
bullshite.Absolute and unmitageted bullshite
Fourth Ward? Really?I suppose you could call VaHi,Morningside and Inman Park "majority white" neighborhoods but to not see a "black face" in any of those areas for "3 or 4 days" is beyond delusional unless you're a hermit who never leaves home and never shops, workout or go out for dinner.
I've lived in West Midtown,Poncy Heights and currently
in North Decatur and there was zero days I went w/out
seeing a black/brown face.

As far as home ownership and neighborhoods it basically is.
Atlanta ranks 5th in black home ownership
