The exorbitant property taxes is a huge issue for the city of Austin and surrounding counties of Williamson and Hays. I know several people paying over a thousand dollars a month in property taxes for homes that aren’t even 750k. They continue to rise every year. The charm and allure of Rain...

I saw where only 3 first round draft picks in the last decade were from the state of Tennessee. The state has a population of 7 million people. Georgia, Louisiana and Alabama all had over 13. North Carolina had 12. Why would a state with a growing population for the better part of two decades...
