To really hammer this flawed thinking, your average baw here was nothing like capable of being a college athlete, in any sport. October of 2021 katie hopped in and raced the uf and uga men, in the 500 free. She beat 3 men college athletes, on a top 5 ranked team... and a uga swimmer as well.

New orleans ended 94 with 424 murders. Down to just 158 by the end of 99. I get nopd is an incredibly efficient, well run organization... and it should be of no surprise they are on par with the results of unconstitutional search and seizures, quite literally during the same time period you cite for nypd. Crime dropped elsewhere at similar or greater rates that did not employ nypd's unconstitutional variety of terry. You're running into correlation/causation issues here, quickly. Also, terry has existed for decades, and has seen multiple crime spikes it was useless in thwarting.
