BTW during the same time period Chicago saw an increase in murders and overall gun violence.
New orleans ended 94 with 424 murders. Down to just 158 by the end of 99. I get nopd is an incredibly efficient, well run organization... and it should be of no surprise they are on par with the results of unconstitutional search and seizures, quite literally during the same time period you cite for nypd. Glad I could give you an example less than a 100 miles from your stated location :cheers:
