Saban obviously agreed with Ole Miss since he got rid of Lane when Lane was leaving for Florida Atlantic. Even your own AD said he would have done the same thing. Not to mention, Lane would have absolutely lost the Georgia game...

Enjoy your 50+ year old metrosexual HC. Hopefully he won't shite away a season stalking someone half his age, again.

Why do you believe that?

UGA had four starters out on defense. UGA wasn't stopping Chambliss, no matter who was the head coach. It's not an excuse. You have to play with what you have on the field.

Aggy’s historical success in absolutely nothing has been a lot of fun to watch

These folks can't make up their minds. It was a failure if LSU doesn't get Lane, but Lane will also be a failure.

Every fanbase, outside of maybe UGA, would quickly give up their current Head Coach for Lane Kiffin.

In the SEC or nationwide?

IU certainly wouldn't trade Cignetti for him. Ohio State is well off with Day, and Oregon wouldn't dump Lanning for him.

If Kirby were to retire at the end of the season, I wouldn't want UGA making a play for him. I'd rather have Lanning.

Because I watched every game he coached at Ole Miss and he would have 100% went for it both times instead of kicking the long FGs.

I don't know, Lane didn't really go for it much on 4th and 5 or more, and all of those field goals were on 4th and 5 or more. Pete went for two 4th and shorts, like I'd have expected Lane to do.

Indoors, 4th and 5 or more, the analytics usually say to kick.

Not to mention, even if he does go for it, and even if he only scores once, that eclipses the two field goals.

Also, don’t forget this.

Lane Kiffin holds a career record of 6-16 against opponents ranked in the AP Top 10

He has a 27% winning percentage against top 10 teams and a 33% winning percentage against Georgia.

Speaking of folks who have endured a remarkable change of opinion regarding Kiffin.

Nope. I suffered thru the wilderness of hugh sleeze bc lane didn't come to Auburn. I wanted neither yet Auburn 'leadership' made these decisions. What a trip from giving Gus $40+ million for losing to UCF in 2017, not recruiting an actual OL, 2 bowl wins, not winning on the road against the three major opponents, hiring the potato boy, hiring the punchline youth pastor who only cared about being on the golf course.

All those words to say that lsu paid $100M for a coach who has never coached/won a playoff game.

And Ole Miss hired a HC that well had never been a head coach before.

Sark has 2 playoff wins. Research is not hard, but it does require a little bit of effort.

That being said, I don’t think he belongs in front of kalen.
