Knocking a few MPH of a routine speeding ticket and ignoring triple digits are two entirely different things.

GA law does not have a specific amount over the limit that automatically constitutes reckless driving, but I can’t imagine an agency in GA that isn’t going to make a reckless driving charge for triple digit speeds on a non-interstate route.

Given the reported amounts of the bonds paid at their release, sounds like this is a big joke. Let them run the bleachers and get back to work.
You clearly don’t understand the purpose of bond. Bond has nothing to do with punishment.
No precedent is established by the judge’s decision.

I guess it comes down to how much do you care about basketball
I've ridden a horse in Stegman. That was a much better use for a facility than basketball.

A costly renovation just to satisfy your angst certainly seems fiscally reasonable.

The TV angle has faced the benches as long as I can remember. But there's no rule that it has to.
The TV angle has been that direction for as long as you can remember because the camera booth is built into the north wall of the Coliseum.
There is no camera booth on the south wall.
That’s contrary to what Saban has said in multiple interviews. Do you believe Garrett or Saban?

Did they move the camera booth when they did the recent remodel?
Big 10? Mizzou is C-USA level athletically.

Why do you have a Big 12 team in your avatar?
I graduated from both UGA and OKST.
This board sucks inside of football season.
Why is this on the SEC board?

Glad you got your power back. Hopefully they upgraded stuff as they repaired to keep it from being so bad in the future.
I grew up out in the country, and power outages would often last days. We had an electric pump on the well. I’d haul water from a spring my grandfather walled in with a masonry pipe.
One of the few upsides of subdivision living is all of the power being underground. It has to get bad for us to loose power. We had some transformers blow nearby during the ice storm, and they had us back within a few hours.

I'm still driving a '99 Chevy, too, so, yeah, I must suck at trucks.

It's just more proof that Mizzou doesn't belong.

I have a Frontier. It was great for the first 100K miles. Since then, I've spent as much on repairs as I paid for it.
I will not own another Nissan.

There is a whole division between FCS and DIII. Why would they skip DII?
I thought the same thing when I read the post.
Then again, one of my undergraduate degrees is from Valdosta State. VSU has won four D-II football championships and had three more championship game appearances this century, but we never parlayed that success into anything.
Now, our conference is disintegrating around us. Due to two schools dropping football, one moving to another D-II conference, and two moving to FCS, we only have four football teams now. One of those four will likely move to FCS in the next few years. We may end up being independent and not able to fill a schedule.

second degree criminal interference to government property
There is no such charge.
Damaging government property in any dollar amount is interference with government property and is a felony.
Criminal damage second degree and interference with government property each have the same possible sentence. One isn't any worse than the other.

The NCAA is an unincorporated association of approximately 960 members, including virtually all public and private universities and 4-year colleges conducting major athletic programs in the United States (NCAA v. Tarkanian, 488 U.S. 179 (1988)). The NCAA has members in every state and because it's an unincorporated association, the NCAA is considered to be a citizen of every state.
That's AI legal research for you. I just pulled up the court case you cited, and nowhere in it does the phrase "citizen of every state" appear.
How is an organization a citizen?
