re: What’s the realistic chance of beating Georgia this weekend for one game or the series

Right field line is short. The rest of the dimensions are similar to other SEC fields.

Where are you sourcing those cost figures. I think some could be not so accurate.

This is not a direct response to Sidewalk... just my thoughts on Perkins. I blame BK for misusing a great talent. Perkins should have been an OLB.... Not an ILB or MLB.

Judas may be flawed but don't argue that he can't coach. And Max Weiner is a pretty damn good pitching coach. We can hate them for trying to trash our program on the way out. But they are good coaches. Crappy prople. Good coaches.

Electric atmosphere! Bluebell was like that when Judas returned. Glad he got sent home 0-2. Stark difference (no pun intended)... Dudy Noble holds a crap-ton more people. 15,000 capacity. Bluebell is half that with GA in the yards.

Aside that, he is short for QB standards. He just doesn't have the measurables to be an NFL QB.
Dude is a gamer as a CFB QB. But he isn't a good NFL prospect. He likely isn't very coachable either.

Verge is not going to fire arguably the best D1 coach in baseball. You can be pissed about the season. We were last year.
I get it. Doubt he fires Yeskie.

24 teams fricking stupid. Is any team out of the top 8 really going to win the championship? I heard the Big 10 is pushing for more teams while the SEC is fine with the current setup. Which is ironic over the past few years.

You have zero argument after Sankey brought t.u. in. The gentlemen's agreement was a no vote by UF, USC, Arky, and Mizzou. Well that didn't happen. So, what makes you think it happens to protect UF from FSU entering?
Your pitchers flumoxed our batters yesterday. We hit 5 runs in early innings to appear undisciplined at the plate the remainder of the game.

I think there may be something to that.
From an Ag, I think Jay did what he could with the lineup from a hitting perspective. I will explain my thoughts. You want to protect your good hitters. He strung Curiel, Cade, and Milam together. That was the three hitters that worried me. So Jay did that well.
The problem is you aren't getting enough from the rest of the lineup. I think that's part of the problem with RISP hitting against us. Our pitching isn't great. But you made us look better because there just wasn't help throughout the lineup.
I am not trying to poke the bear here. Just offering my thoughts. The fielding looked a bit better. There were some hard hit balls that the infielders struggled with a few times, but other than that they played fine.
Outfield played well.
Just an Ag's thoughts. And JJ is the best coach out there in D1 right now. I believe he will right the ship next year.

Look I am not a Yeskie fan either. I don't think we have the best pitching coach either.

Pretty sure baseball is fairly revenue neutral at LSU and A&M. If they are in the red, its negligible.
Sdao, Sims, Moss. Not sure why its TBD on Sunday. Will need some bullpen arms today.
Assume Freshcorn may be able to give us an inning. Then others.

I understand this year has sucked for yall. However, Jay is still the best coach in D1 right now.
Name another. I will standby and listen.

Good luck today. Will be stuck listening instead of watching on the road. Hope for a good game. We will be pitching Moss and a stable of pen pitchers.
May be a higher scoring game today.

Isn't Serna your normal catcher? Why was Cade catching in our series with you? Has catching been an issue all season? Cade has had a few issues in the first 2 games. Only reason I ask.
Corbin is closer to retirement than leaving Vandy for a rebuild.

Some loafing at bats by the Ags.
