They're attempting to "rebuild" a dead area. Soccer stadium that opened in 2025 replaced the beloved AAA baseball team. A city with known local history, most of which people can't even see now. Trying to win back local support lost with the baseball & Hasbro leaving. Attendance is already dropping with the soccer... who wouldn't see that happening?
