The only way I can make sense of it is that Sankey believes that Kiff conspired with LA gov't officials to circumvent the conference rules. If he let's it slide, all state schools would start doing it.

Some bad shite behind the scenes we don’t know about publicly must have happened in order to get to this point. The league, Sankey and presidents wouldn’t be going this HAM so fast for nothing
IDK what is going down behind the scenes but Georgia's AG was encouraging the SEC to suspend or expel last week.
