re: Worst GM in Sports history?

Jerry Krause for blowing up the Bulls squad post three peat.
No new manager bounce.

4 at the back, still play like shite.
Mainoo starts, still play like shite.
Bruno at the 10, still play like shite.
Academy player gets minutes...you already know.

Glazers, INEOS and every decision maker at this club OUT.

Edit: Broyota and me on the same damn page

Stupid and emotional take.
Yeah it makes zero sense and I don't even care. They aren't going to support any manager because all the power cares about is siphoning money from every supporter this club has around the world.

I'm about to the point where I don't even want to watch the matches anymore out of disgust and protest. I'm happy for Amorim.
INEOS deal has done nothing for this club other than take heat off the Glazers. We will remain in the gutter until both are gone.
Nope. They just type "da joos" and think they are clever.
I don't even know what to say any more. The squad sucks.
As a United fan, I was surprised Chelsea even wanted him. I guess they were thinking they could get a talented winger for cheap but unless he completely changes as a person, I don't see him having sustained success in the Prem. He was a net negative for us and looks to be on the same trajectory for Chelsea.
Good win and interesting match vs Newcastle....glad to have Martinez back!

If we can grab 9 points before the derby, that should put us in a great position for a top 5 finish. Easier said than done of course, considering we suck against the bottom half of the table.
I would have to go back and rewatch but on the two goals where our CBs got split open in the box, I thought I saw Heaven get caught out of position on both. On the first one, Yoro was in no man's land as well. And of course, Shaw was directly responsible for the Semenyo goal. Just poor play at the back all around.

Also, Lammens needs to learn better positioning from that FK goal. Decent chance he gets a hand on it if he is shaded more to the right and is actually on his feet when the ball is struck.

What is painfully obvious is we have a solid group of technically skilled and physically talented players, but some of them need experience and others just do not have the mental capabilities needed to shoulder the burden of playing for United. You can look and say what you want about them "on paper" but we have seen the same shite go on for years with quite a few of these guys.

Coming from a Bama fan, that is peak hypocrisy.

Having said that, LSU and Bama might just be 1a and 1b in this category.
Yeah defense sucked arse and this may have been Mbuemo's worst game in a United shirt. Our inability to control games will keep us from Champions League football next year.

This isn't a basketball thread baby.
Don't take it personally. That guy posts like he hasn't been laid in decades.
Maybe a one off, but the electrical components that regulate the diodes can be extremely sensitive. Trying to match recessed LED cans can be a pain in the arse versus bulbs.
7g is what I consider a heroic dose for most people so it's definitely enough to do the job.
Yeah it was fun for a minute to scratch the BR itch but the experience isn't good right now enough to look past the bad stuff. I also have zero faith in EA to fix anything which is a shame because the core gameplay is good.
I would use the link Uncle provided a few posts up, but any calculator that uses the Mifflin-St. Jeor equation should suffice. Be honest with yourself about physical activity and even consider answering down a level if you are unsure or feel in the middle.

I generally look at weight loss/caloric intake in 1-2 week intervals vs. single days. I consider 1500kcal my absolute lowest targetable daily limit with 1700 being my go to floor. I offset this with dynamic dieting (eating more on weekends) or switching to maintenance calories for 1 week a month. This way, we can make sure our daily needs are met while allowing for higher feeding days, preventing burnout and regulating metabolism.

Edit: All of this assumes proper protein intake.
