It sounds like your goals will be achieved in the kitchen and on a food scale. Find a simple eating/food prep routine you can stick to...do not look at any changes as temporary. Allow yourself to eat things you like in ways that conform to your plan. For example, I love ice cream and don't ever plan on not eating it if it's available. I make lower calorie ice cream with high protein ingredients/supplements and work that into my macros for the day. And if I deviate from the plan, I will compensate the next day or later in the week.

It's obvious why they didn't like the move. Topuria beat Volk and Holloway then claimed he "did all he could" at 145 and pressed Dana to move to lightweight.

One title defense...

So instead of actually clearing out the division and building up even more hype for a potential superfight down the road, Topuria decides he is entitled to an immediate title fight with Islam. At this point, I hope it happens just to watch Topuria get disassembled by Islam.

Yep, the dude can definitely hit. Catcher is a VERY tough position and very few freshman catchers are good defensively and good hitters consistently.

I'm with ya...I thought he was going to be a major hitter for us based on scrimmages I saw but on the bright side...his control of the game behind the plate is an improvement for sure. We know he can hit and it will come together for him eventually.

This was why he'd only seen limited AB's this season. He doesn't have the plate discipline he showed us last year so far and there is a ton of competition going up against him.

That sucks. Bristol was on a terrible run of form and that would have been a nice point to have. Wycombe will play 4, 5, and 6 in the table vs. 4, 10, and 11 for Wrexham...I'm not really a Wrexham fan but I am pulling for them to get that third straight promotion.
