Sankey is going to get his arse arrested the next time he steps into Louisiana for contempt of court.

He needs to understand that LSU is a state university funded by LA taxpayers. That is its primary function. It’s athletic programs help fund the classes and research that happens there. It is in the state’s interest to defend the institution at all costs. Hence why the AG stepped in.

She filed her amicus brief after Sankey and the SEC threatened penalties removing a significant portion of that funding. In the brief, she stated that the penalties put LSU in a no win situation as they must follow the ruling of the court.

Somehow, he thinks his conference is more important than the will of the people of Louisiana. He is wrong.

It's either that or they're throwing everything against the wall and hoping something sticks.

You're catching on. They're flailing. It's what you do when your conference commissioner took the arse beating he did in court recently. They should honestly just drop this bullshite and move on.

He doesn't have to come to La. If an arrest warrant is issued other states have to honor that.

I'm not saying that is or should happen, but if it does he's cooked.

The SEC must have really solid evidence of collusion if this is happening along with talks with ESPN/Disney about a future without LSU.

Did you just make this up?
