Neither team wanted that win tonight.

Oh no you pussy. You’re getting every inch tonight
Oh baby. Bookmarking this gem

They were losing close games. This team is getting shelled barely halfway through the game.

You do realize there are a records out there, correct?

10-4 loss
15-5 loss

12-2 loss the following weekend
Competitive sweep at Arkansas
13-3 loss in 4th weekend
Semi competitive sweep in Knoxville

We aren’t even through Game 1 yet and they’re now down 3 runs.

I went ahead and took a look at your posts from last March. You know, before LSU won a natty.

Eyanson does not have “it”.

“Recruit better”

“Not talented enough”

And my personal favorite:

“No stud pitchers/Anderson only Saturday guy”

Seems to be a theme with you each season.

Or what?

That makes no sense. Who wouldn’t want to go back to back.

Perfect response. Thank you for illustrating my point.

Definitely not bandwagon. Just a realistic one. You can’t show me many positives right now . Look I love LSU baseball but this is not the product we were thinking.

That’s because you all convince yourselves LSU is going back to back to back. Then reality sets in and you melt.

There hasn’t been a back to back champ since USCe 15 years ago for a reason.

Yeah, simple. NCAA shouldn't exist. That's your answer. They do nothing to exist other than put their hand in the cookie jar and screw everything they can up. They have no power or teeth to do anything other than make the sport worse. They're going to lose this appeal but it's just another last breath effort for the NCAA to hold onto existing to make $$$ and continue to screw the sport over.

So do the rest of the sports just return to club level? Does each conference mange them? How would that work?

Or

Did you forget that the NCAA manages a lot more than just football?

On a scale of prety good to really good he would fall on the really good spectrum not the goat but definitly one of the really good ones of his time I do believe his “brand” helped him out and got him a few more commercials and all star games and what not but he was still really good in his own right having a daddy that also played mlb ball and shared a name with him gave him a bit of nepotism boost early on for sure but he worked hard and took off in his own right!

Ignoring the fact that you apparently don’t understand punctuation at all, this is still a flat out horrible take.

He was a 5 tool player, and one of the few that could do each at an elite level. He is in the discussion for the best defensive outfielder of all time, hit for average, hit for power and could run.

He was legitimately great

They did the same thing last season, so I guess he figured this team can handle it. It is a lot of baseball in a short timeframe.

Thinking those environments are tougher than most of the SEC ones thy will face is amusing.

Too early for anyone to be everyday except Curiel and Milam. I do like Braun though. Ruckert needs a shot at 2B

I was never a huge Stanfield fan but he and Brown should both be locked in, when healthy.

The infield should be wide open, other than Milam. No one has played well enough so far.

No, they don’t. It’s all the same ones every year.

Sure you could. We already know you’re stupid, so why not?

Stay stupid, I guess.

why are you following me around in every thread just to excuse your love of mediocrity

It’s funny how posters who go into every thread to be a whiny pussy complain about other posters telling them they’re being whiny pussies.

Here’s a thought: Stop being such a bitch

nah games don't matter in march for some weird arse reason

Not being able to figure out why that is the case is one of the reasons we know you have a room temp IQ.
quote:

These threads are so stupid. You want the team to be fired up and jacked up but to be frank, they're just not making anything happen on the field to get excited about

A lot of these same posters were bitching about the players being too fired up when they were winning.

quote:

Agreed. I just don’t think we have the dudes this year. Position has layers, I mean.

The only returning starter from inside the dirt was Milam. That is a ton of turnover. Even through the offseason, those guys have to gel.

It’s just like 2024. When you win a title it means you were experienced, and talented. When you’re experienced and talented it means you’re losing a lot of the roster.
quote:

I don’t think many rationale fans said that in 23 and 25 though I’m sure some posted about it anyway.

Lots of people saw it in 2024 and sure looks like a concern this season.

It’s almost like replacing talent that wins a title is hard.
