Are they plucked from their time and dropped in ad they are, or do they get modern training?

Modern training and all the greats would still be great.
Been saying all season they have as good a chance as any of the other favorites. Also kept pushing the top 8 seed goal because that makes the road to Omaha much easier.

I don’t see that happening but if Johnson stays until retirement I think they catch them by the time he hangs it up.
Not even joking when I say my high school stadium held more fans. We played in an old AA stadium.

If LSU can hold their opponents to 0 runs, they’re literally guaranteed to win. They should just do that.

He's a below average player on a horrible team. He won't see the majors again.

Couldn’t even make it two pages before outing yourself.

I don’t think Tomlin will let Rodgers bring in all his buddies to collect paychecks, so that will be a plus.

Put a gun to my head and I would say winner of Arky/LSU Saturday. I wouldn’t be confident though. All of these teams can be beat and can beat anyone.

He’s probably giving Vitello a consolation blowie.

Spent all season trashing the lineup only for the bats to tote the water in Supers.

I’d rather give you an understanding of sarcasm.

You just mean Jay Orgeron. Don’t forget, he can’t win anything without Skenes and Crews and Paul’s players.
Should we start taking bets on the first former collegiate athlete that sues and starts the avalanche of lawsuits that will follow?

This is about to be a fricking mess.

I’d imagine talking through his strategy would be like talking Thermodynamics with a PhD in that field for us fans.

He looks at things that don’t even cross our minds, and he looks at those things in more detail than we look at the simple things we do understand.

Brasswell has 3 errors in 79 chances.

Reaves has 5 errors in 35 chances.

Just in case anyone is wondering how big a difference that is:

.963 fielding % for Bras
.875 fielding % for Reaves

You can say it’s too small a sample for Reaves if you want, but he wasn’t a good fielder before he got here either.

It's actually more impressive they were able to recover mentally and win that game. That's the type of inning that looks like your team is done mentally and the game is over at that point. All the pressure was on them and they were folding like a stack of cards.

A very similar inning caused them to fold on Sunday night. It was definitely a "oh no not this shite again" moment as a fan.
Reaves hasn't exactly been good with the bat and his defense is well below average. Everyone was praising him for that close play on the high chopper, but it was only close because he has almost zero zip on his throws. If his bat is an upgrade it's only marginal. His glove is a much bigger downgrade.

6 were eliminated before the SR round last year. 7 were eliminated in 2023.

That's surprising to me to be honest. Even the guys on squeeze play were saying this year was crazy. Victim of the moment I guess.
