Regardless laws are meaningless when the general public is ready to revolt. Revolution comes from the barrel of a gun not a pen.

Fauci circumvented federal law to fund the lab that released the virus that killed millions of people.

This isn’t a case that ends up in traffic court in bumfrick Louisiana.

This is a case that goes before military tribunals similar to the Nuremberg trials. The impact is international. And ad hoc military tribunals have put many men to death for far lesser crimes throughout world history.

You’re limited in your cognitive capacity and can’t think beyond your small insignificant world where your legal practice makes zero impact on the world outside of your shanty town.

The Presentment Clause (Article I, Section 7): Dictates that the President must sign an approved bill for it to become a law, or veto it and return it to Congress.

Couldn’t find anywhere in the constitution where someone or something has authority to sign legally binding documents on behalf of the president. Odd.

I did find that the basis being used for the “delegation of signatures” is a simple DOJ opinion written in 2005 (imagine that. President bush abdicating the powers of the President) and if challenged it probably wouldn’t hold up in court.
