It falls under the CoE Mississippi Valley Division. I wouldn't think it requires any congressional authority. Apparently the commander who is a 3 star General makes the call.

I guess my post is being taken wrong. I am happy with JJ and where LSU is now. I dont think we can win it all this year due to not having dominant pitching. I like the OPs confidence although im not sold on a ship run yet.

Chalk this up to that mind numbing period between 3/20 and 1/22 where common sense was not only ignored but vilified.

So a 350lb man with CHF and diabetes lays flat on their back in a hospital for 3 weeks because his 02 sat is low then throws a PE when they try to get him up.

If you let the back glass down and didn’t have the front windows open the exhaust would choke you to death. If you had the back glass open on a dirt road the whole thing would fill with dust. It was a terrible vehicle but was amazing to play with. I hit a deer one morning in it. Killed it dead as a doornail with the front stock steel bumper and it did not so much as leave a dent.

No charges yet. It’s just the criminal complaint describing how the Judge interfered with the ICE agents, questioned their ability to be in the public courthouse and personally assisted Ruiz in evading the agents by escorting him through non-public areas of the courthouse and into an area where he could evade agents on foot.

If she faces a legit trial there are 10-15 different charges that could apply.

Sorry: there are charges for obstruction. I’m sure the penalty won’t be terrible but removal from her position would be a victory here.
