I had a buddy that got in to UPenn, North Carolina, Duke and Dartmouth. He got waitlisted at UGA and it’s likely because he was an out of state student

Seems that they are ok with drawing maps so certain races get a “louder voice” in elections. But they HATE the electoral college which helps small red states have an equal say in national elections.
