Sepsis maybe? I'm genuinely curious as to what would be considered an aggressive illness.

Aggressive illness? What exactly would that entail? *Like what specific virus or illness would be considered that? I'm genuinely curious as to what woild be classified as such. Sepsis maybe?
re: Miami is an absolute FRAUD

Same reason everybody hates the chiefs at the moment. The team is already kinda borderline unlikeable but whenever you win a game back to back weeks due to questioning officiating it just makes it that much worse. Doesn't matter what you feel about it, especially the targeting call, Miami has been the beneficiary both times and has won the game both times.

It's targeting because of the way Miamis player launched at Cals QB. Lead with the crown of the helmet, he couldn't see what he was hitting. It's ok to be wrong, just know that Miami has won back to back weeks because of the refs.

My senior year was apparently the last year we had some semblance of defense. Got the unlucky draw of Haughton for the second time and the weather was very against us. Based on how it all played out I really thought we could've gone to the semis at the least.
re: NFL, NFLPA discussed 18-game schedule at 'very high level'

I think they are discussing this because of the extra by week. Wouldn't even be talked about otherwise and they may see it as a net positive rather than a net negative in terms of helping players recover. There is the money aspect as well but I'd imagine that isn't the main factor here if the NFLPA truly is trying look out for player health.

I looked into that though I am still not clear on the matter as I only see information regarding undergraduates. Medical school would be grad school and thus possibly subject to different rules and the like and I'm curious as to what that may look like, I may also be overthinking it but any clarity helps.

re: There’s no reason in 2024 for the NCAA to not use automated strike zone

Minor leagues use some form of it which I think should be implemented everywhere as the batter has the ability to challenge calls like that.
re: Wofford 3 @ LSU 4 Final
Posted by The Tiger322 on 5/31/24 at 12:29 pm
On the one hand I get it for the sake of how the games always been played, on the other hand they should be able to challenge stuff like that, it wouldn't take long and it would get rid of egregious stuff like that.

First three where called balls, I don't blame him

They have his production at a 94 which is insane to me. Better have Nabors at like a 96 or above because if not then that's just dumb because MHJ did not have that level of production.
