They have ran it four times, three of which with Corum because Kyren Williams does not exist apparently.

I was really hoping they decided that was a strip and not a pick.

ABS says it was in the zone so he could've but probably gave him a makeup over the earlier strike.

20 million for Kelly utilizing the morals clause.
re: Is Curt Cignetti impossible to get?

I would imagine, I am no insider whatsoever but I would have to think you put feelers out to everybody who runs a really good program and who's players both play for them and are nasty. You can always build off of a scrappy team because there is effort, like the Detroit lions a few years back, gotta have that with our next head coach in my opinion. LSU has got to play like LSU even if we are losing, too many times it felt like you knew when we were going to lose due to the lack of fight.
re: Is Curt Cignetti impossible to get?

Impossible? Probably not. But the combination of hoops that would need to be jumped through, financial ramifications etc would lead me to believe we would hire a Jon Sumrall or Alex Golesh before we would hire Cignetti.
re: If it’s gonna be a big name coach it has to be Franklin
Posted by The Tiger322 on 10/27/25 at 11:48 am to SanJoseTigerFan
Is Franklin more likeable than Kelly? Probably. Is likability the reason Kelly got fired? No. Inability to change, adapt, and win competitive games is why and frankly there isnt too much of a difference between he and Kelly. High floor low ceiling kind of thing. Give me somebody that has the potential to raise the ceiling.

You know thats actually fair. However, I think its interesting those are the only two jobs hes interviewed for despite being a DC at a major contender every year. I again go back to the stats for UGA the last few years and saw something a few minutes ago where they had only 8 sacks across the season. I think we can do better but I dont get paid to make those choices.

There is a reason he has been passed over. Look at UGA stats the last few years. We can do better if we go the coordinator route.
