KOTCS isn't that bad. Campiness and some humor is totally normal in Indiana Jones.

At least 60+ pages of arguing about stupid shite I"m trying to actually discuss the movies
I mean, it can really just be boiled down to being a mid, overhyped, moving painting. There wasn't anything from the movie itself worth discussing aside from the visuals and what went wrong.
I applaud the studio for realizing the flaws of the movie and getting out in front of it with a nonstop PR push to boost presales and early hype.

This was clue number 1 that the vandalism didn’t happen.
Yeah...vandalism likely still happened by others champ. If you actually bothered to read the article, 8 other people were charged or cited with causing damage to the pool. We'll see if the charges or citations for everyone are dropped.
quote:
At least three others were charged with vandalism, court records show. Five more received citations from police, an administration official told CBS News, the BBC's US partner. They include one person who Trump claimed had used a blade to "put a 250 foot long gash into the beautiful facade". It's unclear if all of the charges now have been dropped.

I think you misunderstand why people post in your threads. It's like how people used to walk by and throw tomatoes at the people in the stocks at the town square.

All the Ole Miss people are melting down about this article. Must be over the target.

Anyhow, while we schooled up and careered up and saved up, we could finally buy a nice suburban house in 2017.

There just isn't supply for that. Not to mention that homes are just drastically more expensive than that. Yes, there are homes you can find. No, there is not near enough starter homes.
I wish I could post some of those houses I toured in the $200k-275k range. I think it would really shock some people in this thread  I mean just absolute dumpster fire properties.
Not only are you paying that $200k-275k, you're taking on a $25-50k liability with all the repairs, replacements, and remodeling needed.

Fighting a literal horde of hyped up military-age males, without weapons of your own is a sure fire way to end up deceased.
Saw a video earlier of a guy in the street trying to oppose them and he appeared to catch a knife in the neck and dropped like a sack of bricks.

Houses twice as big with amenities only very rich people had back in the day. No one wants to sacrifice today for a better tomorrow. It’s now now now. Well guess what? That leads you into being poor poor poor.
While I agree people spend like drunken sailors, housing is probably the one thing that doesn't really apply most of the time. I personally don't know anyone in even my extended friend or family group that is buying above their income.
Part of the issue is there's no such thing as a "starter" home anymore. Decent new build starter homes in Baton Rouge run at least 300k, more likely closer to 350k. Then the limited stock of old "starter" homes get scooped up as income-generating rentals or by people who can't afford the 300-350k new build.
Plus the obvious fact that the 2-3% mortgages aren't moving to a bigger house at 7%.

B10 has earned the right to talk smack, but their schedules are absolute jokes and should count against them when it comes to qualifying for postseason play.
CFP needs to move to a ranking system like NCAA basketball.

Deion has never cared about that program in the slightest. He's been there to cash checks and get a platform for his sons. He's going to keep doing the bare minimum until they get fed up and fire him.

This is one of the most pathetic things I've seen. The fact that the Browns are letting themselves be held hostage by statistically one of the worst QB's in NFL history is something.

This movie is the biggest piece of shite ever relative to the hype and people giving it 10/10 and saying it's the best movie ever need a fricking lobotomy.
At best a 6.5/10 just on visuals and practical sets. The script, acting, and pacing were horrible. The third act felt like an eternity. Just a discombobulated mess.
