If you agree with OP then you are probably a poor, sorry to break it to you. Brisket & Burnt ends are BBQ in its highest form, and the only way you can disagree is if you live in a state where everyone is too poor to cook off anything besides pork butt

People have zero clue about this. The entire northeast corner of SC from Sumter to the coast, down to Georgetown County is a pepper vinegar sauce, just like NC.
