I was playing golf one day and guy playing with me hit a short poor tee shot.
We got in the cart and I drove down the cart path, then I saw his ball out of the corner of my eye and I hastily turned the cart to the left throwing out my buddy. Fortunately he didn't even even fall, just stumbled
But he was rightfully pissed at me and I felt bad.
And I haven't drank anything that day.
Things can happen quickly

Alabama just implemented it recently for state income taxes.
Only applies to actual hourly workers, not salary, non exempt employees that can earn overtime pay
