Allow me to try to answer this seriously.
I think they've been close for quite some time. Whether they were a few months away, or even decades, it doesn't change the fact that Iran certainly is trying to create one to actually use it to annihilate Israel, not have them for protection

It takes longer to drive from Tiptonville, TN to Key West, FL, only passing through 1 intermediate state of Alabama or Georgia, than it takes to drive from New Orleans to NYC or San Diego to Seattle.
There are 2 separate I-87 designated interstates, one in NY, one in NC.
Fresno, CA, over 1 million in metro area population, is the largest city in the US not served by a US designated interstate highway.
I-90 from Boston to Seattle is the longest interstate at 3020 miles.
The shortest official designated and signed interstate is I-375 in Detroit at 1.06 miles. There are a number of others that are <2.0 miles..

My parents had a condo years ago that had some building/ structural issues that forced a lawsuit of the construction group.
Was a PITA requiring the condo owners to pony up fees for attorneys, etc just to get the place up to code.
Definitely gonna be way worse for this Charleston place

Why do you do the raised beds? The soil looks decent where you are.
Me, on the other hand, did a raised bed due to the terrible soil where I am.
Or at least where my garden is. That area had the top soil stripped off years ago to level that part of the property.

There is one sit down restaurant ( not counting the nice place at the gas station where you can get a quality breakfast) within 10 minutes o my house.
