They had railroads.

It’s awfully bold to think Washington would be captured. It was a heavily fortified major city.

The craziest thing is that if the South wins decisively at Gettysburg, the war is likely over in a matter of weeks if not days

The Confederacy was split in half at the same time. The western Union armies were beginning to overrun those states with relative ease by this point. They were never going to win.

Are you familiar with how they treated American POW’s?

“They” are almost completely dead now

My Dad was 7 when World War II ended. Until the day he died he hated Japanese. You grow up hearing the stories from the War about things like the Bataan death march and it stays with you. Hell I wasn’t born until 1968 and I don’t trust them either.

I think it’s time to give them a chance

Fearful of what was to come?

The New York delegation voted for independence with a British invasion fleet off Manhattan. They were fearful.

To get even more technical, there’s a belief that Thomas McKean didn’t sign until 1781

It wasn’t signed until August

They had to wait for New York to change their abstention to “yes” then they had to make the famous copy that we all know.

They couldn’t add the “unanimous” at the start of it until they had all 13

There are lots of areas in Chicago that people call “nice” where this kind of thing happens on a fairly regular basis. Is this really that hard to understand?

Where?

This past Mardi Gras I rented from Enterprise. The car had a few dings on it, and when I pointed them out to the rental guy, he whipped out a ruler and measured them. They were all under an inch, and he said it isn't an issue. I still had him notate them on my rental agreement though.

I rent frequently from airports. I've never had a rep do an inspection with me. They just tell me to pick a car and go.

But if you get a corporate job in NY at, say Colgate-Palmolive, then you probably will be able to afford the nice house.

That isn't the case anymore
Was this the same for Texas?

A lot more earth scenes than I was expecting

No. 7: Jeremiah Fears (Oklahoma Sooners) - New Orleans Pelicans

No. 9: Collin Murray-Boyles (South Carolina Gamecocks) - Toronto Raptors

Funny how 3 of the SEC's worst teams had the 3 top picks

Who knows. This movie is years away, anyways.
Yeah that was back when the United States had a solid blue collar manufacturing industry where people who weren’t credentialed could work and thrive.
