I was in the corner endzone with my dad and uncle. I was on leave before PCS to Germany. Probably the best live sporting event I have ever been to, it was a great night.

That is what me and my wife did last time we went. We drove to Versailles and you can take the train in the city. That is the best way to do it imo. Versailles is nice ,but I doubt they will do any touring.

All time record is 8-7-1 Raiders and they have beat us 3 of the last 4. Kirk Cousins hasn't been bad either and he can still hurt you if he is on. This game won't be a walk in the park.

At the end of the day your home is worth what someone is willing to pay. You may want 350K for your house and that is what it may be appraised for ,but that doesn't mean that you will get offered that to you if you put it for sale. Interest rates are higher and home prices are high so the only people really looking to buy are those with leverage. If I have enough money in the bank to buy a home outright and that 350K home has been up for sale a while than no one with the money to buy is going to offer 350K. They would probably offer 270-300K. Buyers in this market where demand is low can take advantage.

Who the frick fights over a football game? I went to Oxford for a game once and we had a good time. About the worst that happens is kids will say "I smell corndogs" and it is all good natured fun. Talked to a few people in The Grove before and all were friendly and nice.
