Late night is dead, no one watches it anymore. Other than live sports mainly the NFL and Playoffs for NHL, NBA, and MLB no one watches TV anymore. You have so many streaming options and so many series and movies that it has changed the way people consume media. Also networks have to compete with social media as well. I do not understand how they can't see this. Plus for a bunch of people who complain about the rich they sure cry about it when they get cancelled. Colbert's net worth is about 100 million, he will be fine.

Depends on our level of involvement. Canada won't like it ,but if Alberta gets independence on the ballot and they vote to separate and the US legitimizes their independence than Canada doesn't have much options especially if troops and equipment are sent into the province. Canada will have lost about 10% of its population and 7% of its land. We have alot of economic interest in Alberta so if they declare independence that is what is likely to happen or at least with Trump. I can see them becoming a territory and possibly a state.

Something else that gets overlooked and it affects men too ,but women more is Phone usage and social media. Women tend to believe a bunch of shite they see on social media and start comparing. Most of the shite you see on social media is either a flat out lie, a half truth, or somewhat of a fabrication. I was talking to my cousin and she started comparing her life to someone we grew up with where the girl and her husband had a new home, ran a buisness that looked successful and presented like they had it all, money, family, vacations etc. I told her stop comparing yourself because they are only showing you what they want you to see. A year later they went out of buisness and were in the process of a divorce. Again people tend to put out shite and women mostly eat it up.

The average American is stupid with their money. I talked a guy who goes through a carton of cigarettes a week and puts down a minimum of 12 beers a night tell me with a straight face that he can't afford health insurance then the next week shows up with new rims on his truck that he can't afford ,but is paying 20% interest. People don't want to live according to their income and tend to make stupid and emotional decisions. Sadly, that is the norm.
