Highly recommend a po-boy at Cooter Brown’s (take the St Charles trolley to last stop after Tulane). Also Bloody Mary at Igor’s.

That bookstore is great…got some longhorn toilet there paper back in the 90s to put out when the teasip cousins would come over on Turkey day to watch the Wrecking Crew destroy their team every year. Good times.

Met him at a Texas Sports Hall of Fame dinner where he was inducted. I thanked him for all the years growing up as an Oilers fan that prepared me for being a Aggie later.
