Must have.

Do we have proof?
Is that disclosed?
We want:

Maryland man back
Nancy to keep her money
Illegals to have free health care.
Illegals to go 45 in the 70 in the left lane.

Cool. Lemme know when it affects the program, slackjawed hilltard.
All you’re going to get is wink nods. No one knows anything g until they know.

Both are readily verifiable.

Yet No probation or trouble on the horizon that I see.

Sounds like somebody’s upset that their program is garbage.

, I mean bragging about a first round exit of a 12 team playoff. No championships in this century. You sound like a Missouri fan.

Never thought a big6 fan would imitate Missouri’s fan base.

Same kind of people that would be replaced by cooking food robots.

. Robots will fix robots one day. I’m not a super genius for predicting this. Go back 20 years. Everybody thought they were irreplaceable then.

there will be a machine for that

No one is “dying on a hill” dumbass.

If there is proof enough for LSU to go down for it, your wet dream may come true.

Until then, your championship desert is looking pretty big. Big enough for you to clamor over first round exits.

‘Grats on the championships you perceive to have, lately

You think this is the final stop at 3.15 before the train chugs up and away?

So they declined. Rents can't go up forever. They have to level or decline at some point on the backend of historic growth.

Sure. But that can trigger questions in the OP.

America first.

Have you not heard of any of them?

A&M schedule isn’t all that hard this season compared to a few other SEC teams. I just wanted everyone to stay informed.

Rant. Listen to me and follow my lead from here on out:

BigSneezy,

You have a Very very VALID POINT!

We believe you.
Let’s keep all the aggy “we desire an online cookie” threads on this OP so we can visit it constantly to update ourselves on the pitfalls of your team’s schedule.

Way to go! You’re doing great. This is your year!

It used to be an all week thing.

Peak college football was when I was tuning into a CUSA game on Thursday, then a game on Friday.

Woke up at 9 to catch college Gameday.

Ate some bbq. Watched the sec game at noon. Then the 330 game. Then the Ron Franklin/mike gottfried special at night.

Disney/ESPN has been the common denominator in all these disputes from cable-then-directv-then-streaming.

If these streamers bow down, their fees will go up to $125/mo.

At some point, folks will get tired of paying for woke ads to pepper their everyday lives.

What raised the prices of food before the tarrifs?

Were they not high then?

Shouldn’t that be included in this?

Rental Market declining

I think this deserves to be on the Money board. I did see it on the O – T.
However, it is something that we all need to be made aware of.

What does it mean for you as a property owner of:

Multiple rentals?
A few rentals?
Vacation rentals?

Will apartment rentals affect single family home rentals?

Are you going to offload some properties and purchase cheaper, later?

Will this affect the home purchases negatively or positively?

Do you feel you can time the market correctly? Or is that an impossible feat?
