Less than there used to be. With twitter etc there is just a lot of transparency. Probably a lot less actual bags of cash, more stuff like hooking momma up with a sweet job or favorable “loan”

It's old news but one SEC team, the other one in Ala., had a major booster who owned cleaners all over the place. Rookie players were told to bring all their clothes for dry cleaning, as were the "stars", and when they went to pick up their clothes, cash was in the pockets. Bo used to have a lot dirty clothes cleaned regularly. The Little General shut it down but unless someone rats, that type of system is hard to catch. Another player, former LSU basketball, used to get his regular summer job paycheck in an envelope at the office's front desk. There was also another envelope, cash, matching his paycheck, that he picked up at the same time. etc etc etc. Runners for agents also walk around with pockets of cash, delivered at players' apt.Practically impossible to catch unless there is a rat. Once saw an entire basketball team eat a post game meal at a Ruth Chris' steak house. Any doubt someone else paid that bill? etc etc etc

Every school cheats. The boosters may be the ones actually doing the cheating but the schools are well aware of it.

It hasn’t changed at all.

How did we get this far in without any "Rule of 3" reference...

Take how much you believe they are cheating and triple it. That's how much each team is cheating.
This is actually an extremely conservative answer. It's more like 10 times what the average fan thinks.
Prospects are being identified as early as the 9th and 10th grade. These prospect's main decision makers are given jobs, cars, cash, etc from that point forward to influence them towards certain schools.
Are the coaching staffs directly involved with this activity? Of course not. But.......... through indirect channels, they identify to key boosters prospects that need to be taken care of.
High School administrators push college prospects through the system, so that they will academically qualify. Programs are put into place to help these prospects, as much as humanly possible, to assist these prospect to acquire the necessary ACT score needed.
Anyone that thinks this is not going on at their school of choice, in a widespread manor, is extremely naive and gullible.
