Steve Sarkisian Has Message For Texas A&M Before Renewed Rivalry
© Mikala Compton/American-Statesman / USA TODAY NETWORK
Texas is joining the SEC, along with Oklahoma, and that means Texas will play one of its biggest rivals, Texas A&M, for the first time in over 10 years this fall. Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian is more than ready for the rivalry...
quote:

"The question is about with all of the changes happening in college football like NIL, transfer portal, conference realignment, you name it — we've got a lot going on right now," Sarkisian said, (first transcribed by 247Sports). "But with that change what's coming is renewing the rivalry with A&M and how to get our players that we recruit back into the vigor of that rivalry that I think y'all have enjoyed for decades and decades. It's not hard at all. We'll be ready."

Horns and Ags might get a couple games in before aTm leaves for the Big 10. Keep running away from their original daddy and now their new daddy, LSU

This is about as ‘messagy’ as Sark gets with rivalries. That is, a nothingburger.

NIL has prepped Texas for the SEC. They are the new Alabama. Will dominate.

This will be fun to watch. It seems like everyone wins when one of them loses.
