Former Rutgers quarterback Gavin Wimsatt announced Tuesday that he has committed to Kentucky out of the transfer portal.
Wimsatt, a senior from Owensboro, Ky., played in 25 games over the last three seasons for Rutgers, passing for 628 yards and 11 touchdowns.
