Catching several Senate confirmation hearings for Federal judges, Kennedy & Cruz embarrass more than a few of biden's appointments. Each judge had to list their top 10 "accomplishments". One listed a workers compensation hearing, 3 simple automobile liability suits, &......6 N/A. One did not know "the top 3 basic tenants of constitutional law" according to Cruz. Those hearings are brutal but as Kennedy noticed, not one Democrat ever voted against a biden appointee.

They are usually over loaded with cases & are usually ready to settle down any charges, minus any serious injuries. Try calling his office pre trial, have your case # when you talk to him. Mite be hard to reach him first call so leave a message, asking if it's possible to settle your case.
