I read about it 2-3 years ago I believe on a property management group on Facebook. NY & Ca have very very different laws than the rest of the country. Landlords are abandoning NY. That’s just one of many insane laws. Their eviction process is a whole other animal

NY has led the country in retard landlord tenant laws. It’s amazing when you compare their laws to any state in the southeast

It takes patience but it’s very effective, but give Pig Brig consideration if you’re wanting to look into a trapping system. My only concern towards any hog trapping system where a gate shuts is the pigs you don’t catch inside that gate when it closes…they will never go inside one after that. The Pig Brig lets them get accustomed to the netting over time and once you’ve got them coming in and they’re comfortable you can trap them all. My forester sends me snaps of his and he catches 20-30 at a time.

You do have to be careful. I’ve used it for work to look up Georgia Real Estate Codes and have found errors.

HS football coach and former OM player died 2 years ago from it. He was one of the strongest human beings I have ever been around. The disease moved very quickly. Within a year he went from peak physical form to wheelchair
