Immediately turning off the scoreboard immediately after the game.
Well done. Doesn’t change the outcome or lessen the pain.

Such a chickenshit move. They are the bully that gets popped in the mouth and runs off crying to mama.

"Turn out the lights, the party's over!"

Did they close the bars early last night?

Not really. As a former sideline photographer, MOST home teams that are not on the winning side of things turn off the scoreboard very quickly. It's a common practice pretty much everywhere.
No more, no less.
No more, no less.

How long are y'all going to keep melting about this victory?

Wonder if it is because of pictures or just ready to go home

You’re melting like a bitch in every thread.
Alabama fatigue is real. You’re done. It’s obvious to anyone paying attention. You can’t win without outside help.

To be fair, they really wanted to show off those new stadium lights they copied Georgia with and LSU ruined it.

I dunno their reasoning but it may well be to limit bulletin board material for the future.
And to those who disagree, it really is pretty common practice. Happens everywhere I've ever been. The final score at "0:00" is rarely up for long.

They should use red led lights
Cheaper to operate.
Could leave them on all week.

They always do that when they lose at home. Have to be fast with the camera

They did. I had my phone out on the scoreboard ready to take a pic when clock hit triple zeros. At about 19 secs and the clock running all the scoreboards shut off and displayed a "Thanks for visiting Bryant Denny Stadium" or something like that. I just laughed at how triggered that scoreboard operator must have been.
