I was looking at it as the clock hit :00. It went off instantly.

I have been in every SEC stadium (except Mizzou) multiple times and it usually takes 60-90 seconds to do that.

They did. I had my phone out on the scoreboard ready to take a pic when clock hit triple zeros. At about 19 secs and the clock running all the scoreboards shut off and displayed a "Thanks for visiting Bryant Denny Stadium" or something like that. I just laughed at how triggered that scoreboard operator must have been.

Are you for real?

Have to laugh at Bama’s BDS scoreboard crew

Provide evidence to your claim or you got nothing.

This is idiotic and demonstrates a lack of the understanding of logical reasoning. I can't show you pictures of events that are not disprovable. The only photos I could show you relative to this point are those which could have been taken at ANY time.

I have been a credentialed and published sports photographer for years, though I am no longer active for SEC games (by my choice). Believe me or not, I know what the standard stadium practice is based on game experience and observation. Maybe they don't do this at Tiger stadium. They sure do at a lot of other places, including at BDS. In fact, even WINNING scores don't remain up long at BDS.

I don't manage a stopwatch for these things. All I know is that when the game ends, your camera needs to be pointed at the scoreboard for a quick shot and then panning to field level to get player celebrations. That's the way you have to do it.

I've seen it happen numerous times vs GT.
Never noticed one way or another at other visitor scoreboards.

Did y'all just discover that bammers are butt sore clowns when they lose? How old are you? Beat them at home when both your 5 star running backs are out and your 5'10" white 3rd stringer has the game of his life if you want to have fun.

Yes. Only the low corner clocks over tunnels still were running the time but they only show game clock and play clock. Was sitting with some Bama friends and was giving them shite about it.

As a former sideline photographer, MOST home teams that are not on the winning side of things turn off the scoreboard very quickly. It's a common practice pretty much everywhere.

You are a frickING LIAR!

I have attended CFB games in ~65 FBS stadiums, including 29 during the 2011 season, and many of those were home team losses and it was EXTREMELY RARE for me not to be able to get a scoreboard selfie post-game. And PLENTY of time to do so.

I have not been to a game in Tuscaloosa since going to a few LSU games there from 1995 to 2009 and I recall very vividly that they kill the scoreboard extremely quickly after their team loses.

Again, you are a fricking liar. Or have very little "other venue experience", despite your claims.

If it's so common, how did the Gumps get pics of LSU's showing 29-0 they trolled us with for a year?

you went to 29 stadiums in one season? You have a private jet to catch two games a day all season?

Is this something that is abnormal? I've never really even thought about it before.

It seems you read my post completely incorrectly.

Could you try again and tell me what you think I am saying?

It's funny that sometimes people say ridiculous things just hoping other people will believe them.

No. We’re America’s team and loved country wide.

People love Louisiana. They love Joe Burrow. They love Ed Orgeron.

Everyone hates Alabama.
