Tennessee/Georgia absolutely voting yes.

What does UGA have against us? Seems like Tenn would be a stretch because of past history with Lane. I was unaware of any hate between LSU and those two schools, above the normal inter-conference hate.

No one is gonna vote to remove them. This is all about showing the conference is bigger than a single school.

On what precedent though is what I don’t understand? Because of a comment at halftime. Now things may be happening behind doors obviously, but the situation has basically been dropped altogether. Never added to the roster or anything. So what would be the point?

They will discuss expulsion but settle on giving LSU 11 am kickoffs for the rest of Lane's tenure.

Ole Miss wouldn’t even vote for it.

They enjoy the rivalry too much.

This one puzzles me

UGA and LSU have been the most amicable since i've been paying attention.

11 of 15 to be clear. I doubt LSU will vote itself out.

I would hope MSST would vote no but our president is an arse kissing square and would probably vote yes to appeal to Sankey

How on God's green earth do you know how any member school would vote?

Nothing? It’s how their leadership stands on the issue. Same for UT. Plowman doesn’t give a shite about what happened with Kiffin in 2009 at UT. She wasn’t here then and had no prior affiliation with UT.

UGA seemed to lead the charge against LSU wanting NFL players so I don't think they'd give LSU a lifeline unless there is some contrition on their part.

I would hate to see LSU leave the SEC. This Kiffin thing is temporary. We all know he'll eventually leave for the NFL or Bama. In the meantime, he's going to win a lot of games at LSU and they will be fun to watch.

Like it or not, his antics bring viewers and make for great TV.

Why wouldn't A&M vote yes?

LSU is directly in yalls way of regional dominance in recruiting

Mizzou, MSU, Arkansas, Kentucky, Vandy, and South Carolina would be playing with fire if they were to support the SEC dropping a member.

I sincerely hope the vote tally gets released publicly.

I predict:

Ole Miss
Tennessee (for some weird reason they're all riled up)
Alabama
Texas a&m

I think... or i'd hope
UGA
UF
Auburn
MSST
Texas

would have our backs with the remainder abstaining.

What are these predictions based on? Besides Ole Miss, which doesn't need explaining.

It must be really bad behind the scenes for a vote to even occur
