There is an unwritten rule in Congress - never call for the vote unless you have the votes.

That absolute nuclear dumpster fire this place would become would be beyond epic, beyond anything Hollywood could script, beyond our imaginations.

Having said that, I don’t think they’ll get voted out.

This all depends on if LSU fills those 2 spots with the pro players.

If you don't, nothing happens.

If you do, then hold your ankles.

Tulane wasn’t kicked out.

They left voluntarily to focus on academics.

I can attest people aren't scared to play you. Hell everyone kicks our arse. We eat arse whoopings for breakfast. Bring it on.

That said I wouldn't want LSU kicked out of the SEC.

I do get it though.

When you look at the will wade hire, the way they poached Lane, the governor getting involved.... the university is painting a target on its back and doubling down on its behavior. You may like being the a-hole against the world thing, but its gone a little to far and wearing thin.

Easy now. Those are grounds for expulsion according to Sankey.

I don’t think they could get the votes needed. At this point Sankey is trying too hard to get the egg off his face and is making the conference look like a clown show. I hope he is fired.

The other SEC schools need to be questioning the leadership of Sankey before they worry about LSU. This shite would have been handled with stern words followed by handshakes under Slive. The TV deal we got compared to the B1G is grounds for relief of duty alone.

It’s actually a lock to happen. LSU is absolutely fricked. The only way this doesn’t happen at this point is if LSU removes Kiffin/AD/president and cleans house.

LSU needs the SEC a lot more than the SEC needs LSU. That being said I hope they stay.

Schools mean little to conference now. NIL has ripped cfb traditions to shreds. The sec has threatened to leave the ncaa. There is no telling what they would do. It's would take a big move from LSU and firing LSU is the only direction it is heading to settle it all down.

They won't kick them out but it has nothing to do with them being a founding member. That means nothing to them.
