Donald Trump has announced that he will be holding a roundtable discussion over the future of college football. One person who won't be there is ESPN's Paul Finebaum...
quote:

President Trump will chair the group, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and New York Yankees president Randy Levine are listed as vice chairs, according to a source who provided a list of 35 people who received invitations. The list also includes:

Golfer Tiger Woods

Former college football coaches Nick Saban, Mack Brown and Urban Meyer

Former secretary of state and College Football Playoff selection committee member Condoleezza Rice

New England Patriots president Jonathan Kraft

NBA commissioner Adam Silver

Fox Sports president Eric Shanks

ESPN chairman Jimmy Pitaro

Several athletic directors, including Notre Dame's Pete Bevacqua

Former college athletes, including Florida quarterback Tim Tebow and Florida State basketball and football player Charlie Ward

The list also includes current university presidents and chancellors.

Good. He's a smarmy piece of Gump shite, and I hope this pisses him off. He doesn't belong in that meeting.

Trump probably lnow nothing about the way of sports, but like some of us he knows something bad is happening. College Sports. Some of these 8-19 year old players are driving us Maseratis to class. That been reported several times.

Why should Finebaum be invited? What makes his knowledge of college sports so indispensable?

Why is a sitting President involving himself in something like this?

Because everyone else is scared to do anything about this BS. Its tragic what has happened to sports as soon as it was "OK" for students to get paid. This is exactly why they weren't getting paid for so long. Anyone that had the slightest clue saw this shiite coming as soon as the first check was legally handed out!! At least Trump isn't afraid to talk about the elephant in the room!!

He's sees the college sports arena going to shite. You, right hate him but he's much smarter than you. He didn't pick fans for the panel which was the right thing to do assembling the group

Finebaum is little more than the Jerry Springer of CFB. He has no business being in the discussion.

Why the frick do they keep putting Condi Rice in sports decision-making roles? She was terrible in her actual field of expertise. What the hell can she provide other than provide some diversity?

Professional sports are starting to put out a shite product. The draft pools are full of under developed players now. It’s no coincidence that the first round of the NBA draft is European heavy.

And why would anyone think he belongs in that group. He’s a sht stirrer of Gump hillbillies , he has no input of merit towards college sports. He kicks people when down and sniffs arse when not. He is a master of negative clickbait.

Way better than condalezza rice. Her only relevance is dei purpose. Majority of this board is better qualified than her. I wonder who is truly the voice of the everyday fan/alum who is truly being screwed the last view yrs.

I've seen Condaleezza Rice speak at a conference and I walked away super impressed. Very intelligent, knowledgeable, and is a great speaker.
