Not sure how accurate it is but supposedly he has never had the same OC since Jr High. And I would guess in the NFL that is a big part of his problem. He doesn't get a chance to learn everything about his offense.
Also part of his problem is that teams are figuring him out, so he really needs to take the next step mentally. Just like Lamar.
