Rules exist for a reason. I mean…so what if the shot clock expired? Count the basket!
At some point, rules have to mean something. WW got caught. He’s not even that good of a coach. How many Elite 8 appearances does he have again? Good ol’ one and done.
LSU can do and should have done better. The hire has absolutely brought down the level of value and discourse amongst fans.
He’ll get caught again, though. It’s what he does, after all.
Again…why have any rules at all?

EVERYONE knows that WW was cheating. I mean…the fans knew it, the media reported on it, the FBI knew about it, the NCAA knew about it…
…literally everyone knew about it….not just “hardly anyone”.
Why don’t you address my question, which to remind you was: “why have any rules at all if we’re just going to excuse violating them because we *think* that everyone else is doing it?”

That was dangerous at most and (at the least) there’s no reality in which one can say that it was sportsmanlike.
Which pretty much makes it UNsportsmanlike…and dangerous. Ump should have ejected him.
