Thinking ahead, this may be a huge question. I suppose it depends on the extent of the injury and the rehab time, and if he is able to participate in the combine. If he gets a 2nd or 3rd round draft grade he may want to come back next year

Wrong - this LSU team could very well blow out Ole Miss tomorrow. You may not have watched the first couple of games but I have. We are playing complementary football. We are running the ball. We are playing defense.
It may be close if a few things go against us (Chambliss breaking long runs is my main concern) but I'd say about a 40-50% chance we win by over 14 points.

Kiffin is elevating the brand. There are multiple financial benefits, both direct and indirect. An example of an indirect benefit is that large companies like Nike are more willing to sign deals with LSU kids than kids at other schools, simply due to the continued attention. Even though LSU sees none of that money directly, the school benefits as high profile recruits become more willing to come to LSU, which in turn makes the team better, which in turn builds the brand more.
