Damn, thanks. Not much left out there. Is there another window in the fall?

Wonder if Ra Shaya Kyle from Florida is still in the portal?

Damn, not surprising but was hopeful. Not many posts left in the transfer portal, and Kim will absolutely have to add at least one.
re: Jalen Milroe will be better NFL quarterback than Cam Newton ever thought about being

After Cam pussed out on that potential fumble recovery in the Super Bowl, he was pretty bad the rest of his career.

Milwaukee could pursue a similar plan only by trading with the New Orleans Pelicans to get back their 2026 pick swap and the top-four portion of its 2027 unprotected first.
Would take a lot to let them wriggle off that hook. The are potentially a Giannis trade away from being one of the worst teams in the league. Even if they get back 2 solid starters in a deal, they are still a sub-30 win team. Get back less than that, and they are a sub-20 win team.
And it looks like Brook Lopez is an unrestricted free agent, so he would likely be gone as well.

Jax Ulbrich, the son of the falcons DC, attends Berry College in Georgia. Not Ole Miss. Jax (tournament ball king no doubt) was sitting next to the kid in the Ole Miss shirt. I don't think the latter has been publicly identified.
Ah, thanks for correction. Will edit.

The NFL has fined the Atlanta Falcons $250,000 and defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich $100,000 for the incident.

OP versus Kansas fans is the most underrated rivalry on tRant.
Biggest rivalry is probably Alabama t-shirt fans versus toothbrushes.

Every week I gather up the change in the cupholder of my car, and mail it to the Mizzou AD. They seem to appreciate it. I haven't heard one way or another.
That must be the funding for the baseball program.

Not sure about LSU/SEC but the NCAA record is 18.
Thanks, I saw that as well.
Derek Curiel on-base streak - question
Posted by SEC Doctor on 4/30/25 at 8:34 am
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Derek Curiel has reached base in 9 consecutive plate appearances in the past two games.
Anyone know what the LSU or SEC records are for reaching base consecutively?

I have no recollection of this guy playing for LSU. What year is that clip from?

LSU moves up four spots with midweek win tonight to #5 in RPI.

Charlotte, Lakers, Jazz, Wizards, Suns?
Some of those are equally bad, but most are probably just as good with more upside.
It's amazing how fast the Pels went from being a good team with a very deep roster to having a pretty shitty bench.

Respectfully said, I think you are vastly overvaluing these guys, and I love Jose.
Find me 5 teams with a worse 6-8 or 7-9 than those three.

Real question: how much recruiting do baseball coaches do on the road? I don't think it is at all like basketball and football.

Starkville is a nice Southern college town that has made great strides over the past 2 decades. State is a baseball coaching destination. Cost of living in Starkville is much less than Chapel Hill.
And this is coming from an Ole Miss fan.

Respect from me for Saquon Barkley, who attended and wrote:
“lol some people are really upset cause I played golf and flew to the White House with the PRESIDENT,” he wrote. “Maybe I just respect the office, not a hard concept to understand. Just golfed with Obama not too long ago…and look forward to finishing my round with Trump ! Now ya get out my mentions with all this politics and have an amazing day.”

Have you ever gone through a miscarriage?
Yes, my wife did. And I can tell you that a very-early term miscarriage before a woman knows she is expecting is nowhere near as devastating as a later term miscarriage. With the caveat that this would not apply for a couple who has not had children and has had trouble conceiving.
