1. Oklahoma
2. Miami
3. Auburn
4. Bama (would be #1 if healthy)
5. Wisc
6. Ohio State
7. Clemson
8. UGA

If all teams play like they did this Saturday, then Auburn or Miami have to be your best looking teams.

Clemson and Alabama can't be discounted, but that's mostly due to recent history and not based on how they looked this weekend.

Based on Saturday it would have to be Miami, but this is the same team who struggled to beat North Carolina.
I would put Auburn up there, but after reading this board, the win over Georgia is on par with beating Vandy.

Miami. No bullshite everyone better watch out the U could very well be back. They finally have a coach that understands what Miami football is about and embraces it not silence it. Richt isn't fighting the stigma he's encouraging it as he should

This year is a cripple fight.

Yes, Alabama is not up to their standards defensively...but no one is beating them.

You cant disregard the high powered offensive teams this year though, I think Oklahoma can beat anyone.

If Miami beats Clemson, I think they also could run the table.

Right now for me it is

Bama
Miami
Oklahoma
Wisconsin

Clemson is a non hurt QB away from being undefeated and number 1, which I think most people are choosing to forget

And if Deebo Samuel doesn't get hurt, Carolina would (should) be undefeated also. No one is ranking us.

Probably Miami

Miami has a weak a resume as UGA. Notre Dame was and is overrated as hell.

Based on last two weeks of play, Auburn and Miami.

Based on entire season, you still gotta go with Bama then Clemson and OU.

AP top 6 except Wisconsin are all legit contenders and I think it comes down to matchups between them.

As an Aubie, OU is the team I would least like to face. Our front 7 will shut down any and every run game.

But OU has Baker and when he is hot, OU is ridiculous. We would get pressure on him, but I saw what he did to us in the Sugar Bowl. When Lawson and Adams were all over his arse hitting him, all it did was piss him off.

ohio st and nd are frauds and have no business in the top 10. ucf deserves to be ahead of both. miami looks to be legit, bama is strong but they look bored. if AU plays like they have been the last few weeks we are as good as anyone. clemson will likely go down, oklahoma will likely go down.

Tough between the top 3 but I'd probably have

Bama
Clemson
OU

but with bama's injuries the top two are pretty interchangeable.

At this point, who knows?

Miami almost lost to a bad FSU and an above average GT team and they absolutely thrive on defensive turnovers to win.Not sure that's the best formula for
a NC.

Auburn,OSU and Clemson appear to be the hot teams and Bama still the most consistent.None are dominant though.

Oklahoma

I think their defense, like all of the Big 12 defenses last season, will look better during the bowls.

Their offense might be the best unit in football.

Miami. Completely dominated a team ranked in the top five

Although ND still has a very good record, were they "exposed" like FSU was in the first game as not a Top 3 team? FSU hung within striking distance of Bama until their QB got knocked out and then the game was (un)officially over. So we don't know how much quality that took away from their record if Francoise could have finished the game and played this season. Granted, Miami's opponent had a resume with results, but they have had so many close calls, its hard for me to admit they are legit until they do it back to back.

UCF, and it's not even close.

/sarcasm

On a real note, to me it goes:

1. Alabama
2. Oklahoma
3. Miami/Clemson winner
4. Auburn

Honorable mention, 5. Wisconsin
